Although the father reported the incident as a home invasion and robbery.there were no signs of struggle or forced entry. This fact has led the police to get a search warrant on the house.

According to the pólice, the father will be questioned in order to get a clearer picture of what hapenned.
“We don’t have any viable flash at this time regarding the person involved, but hopefully as the boy’s father is questioned at Homicide, we will be able to get a clearer picture as to what exactly happened,” the Commissioner said. “The child was found upstairs, in a bedroom, shot.”
