The Philadelphia Police Department suspects a girl could be in an endangered situation and is asking public help to obtain information about her.
Officials said an adult witness reported to the police a young female who seemed to be in trouble on July 10, 2020 at approximately 6:17 p.m. She was seen running on Kimball Street near 11th Street.
The child is described as a white female who looks to be about 10 years old. She has chin length, dark blond hair and a very thin build. She was seen wearing a red, white and blue dress, white socks and no shoes.
According to the report, the girl appeared to be in distress, scared and lost. The witness and her husband tried to help the child by calling 911, but the she reportedly told them, “please don’t call the police and ran away.”
