Three Philadelphia women has been charged for attacking Spirit Airlines employees. They threw several items at the airline staff, including shoes, phones and water bottles. The over-reacted angry response of the women was due to the announcement of a delay on a Spirit flight Tuesday night from Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport to Philadelphia.
Their aggressive attitude can be seen on a cellphone video showing the women throwing the items they had at hand.

A statement issued by Spirit Airlines said three airline employees suffered minor injuries during the attack.
“We thank our team members for their professionalism and quick actions, and we also thank the Broward Sheriff’s Office for their assistance at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (on Tuesday),” the airline said.
“Three guests became combative following a delayed flight, and they were arrested for physically assaulting our team members. Three of our team members sustained minor injuries. This violent behavior is completely unacceptable and has absolutely no place in airports or any other place of business. We will not tolerate abusive behavior of any kind,”the statement concluded.
