Hispanics have been an important part of the United States, contributing to key aspects of the nation ranging from politics, economics, science and sports to culture and education. This is reason enough to exalt these great contributions during Hispanic Heritage Month.
It is a moment of pride, an important celebration of respect for a culture rich in flavor, colors, music and values. A celebration of the essence of Hispanics in the United States.
With a variety of special programs, acts, exhibitions and acknowledgements, it is celebrated yearly from September 15 to October 15.
The Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) will award entertainment personalities, including Eugenio Derbez, Alejandro Fernandez and Canelo Alvarez, as a tribute to their professional careers. The event will take place on October 1, at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Arts in Washington, D.C. on October 1.
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Ronald Regan National Airport (DCA) offer their passengers different musical traditions from the main Latin communities present in the metropolitan region.
Hispanic Media, which has consistently been an important part of this event, will close with a very special event: The celebration in Philadelphia of the Hispanic Heritage Month Gala on October 18.
Goya and PECO, along with other prestigious partners, will join Hispanic Media to honor five Latin American descendants whose contributions and labors have improved the living conditions of many of the immigrants who work and prosper in Philadelphia.
To celebrate this important event, it selected a location embedded in a romantic and luxurious atmosphere of ancestral evocation, which only the Crystal Tea Room can offer. It is located at 100 Penn Square East Wanamaker Building – 9Th Floor -PA 19107.
