At least six people were killed and nine wounded in a shooting early Sunday, according to police. The incident happened in the city of Sacramento, California.

Two hours before, Sacramento Police said on Twitter 9th Street to 13th Street was closed between L Steet & J Street as officers were investigating a shooting with multiple victims. They advised to avoid the area due to the large police presence as the scene remained active.
Further details of the fatal incident are still unknown.
