Last Thursday, Downtown Doral welcomed five new commercial locations, that will be part of the Doral community.
To do the honors in this inauguration was the newly elected mayor of Doral Christi Fraga, accompanied by the vice mayor of Doral Rafael Pineyro, councilors Maureen Porras and Digna Cabral; conjointly with Armando Codina and his daughter Ana-Marie Codina Barlick, founders and executive directors of Codina Partners LLC, were responsible for the investment and development of this mixed-use commercial project.
There were 5 commercial premises that will be part of this new vibrant community and reflect the hard work behind it to offer new spaces for cultural, financial and commercial development in Doral.
The representantives of the gym “Sweat 440”, the pizzeria “DC PIE CO”, the restaurant “Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café”, the ice cream parlor “Spiked Rich Nitrogen Ice Cream” and the bar “Sports Grill” were the great honorees of the day and those in charge of cutting the ribbon with Mayor Fraga.
Among the attendees were also the renowned entrepreneur Dominic Cavagnuolo, owner of the famous New York Italian pizzeria “Lucali”, which has expanded its brand with DC PIE CO in Miami.
“Creating memories within the community, remembering the times when you had a great lunch…those are the establishments you go to along the way where the memories are made” are a few of the words Cavagnuolo expressed to celebrate the opening of his new branch in Doral, this event also earned the close support of chief executive officer Armando Codina, who related in his own words his enthusiasm to meet the charismatic owner and support him in all his business endeavors.
Five new retail locations
“We have open doors for all those who want to come and contribute to the city of Doral…we are always very excited to invite new businesses to open in our community, especially when they are businesses that will serve the public and bring a necessary service to the community,” said Christi Fraga regarding the inauguration of these new commercial premises.
Finally, the highest authority of Doral Christi Fraga, invited the entire community to be present in this new space that will bring entertainment, health and culture, she also added that “it is an opportunity to invite these new ventures and all our families to enjoy and make memories in the city of Doral”.
