Todos los votantes de Philadelphia registrados tienen derecho a votar por correo. Tienen dos opciones: boletas por correo y boletas en ausencia, siendo esta última solo para personas que estarán fuera de la ciudad el día de la elección o que tienen una enfermedad o discapacidad física que les impida asistir a las urnas electorales.
Las personas que solicitaron previamente su boleta por correo, deben devolverla sin matasellos por la Junta Electoral del Condado de Philadelphia, a más tardar a las 8:00 pm del día de las elecciones generales, el martes 5 de noviembre.
Los buzones de entrega de papeletas para votar por correo están abiertos y accesibles las 24 horas del día, los siete días de la semana, hasta las 8:00 pm del día de la elección. Estos están ubicados en:

Los votantes deben entregar su propia papeleta. Si un elector tiene una discapacidad física o alguna enfermedad que le impide devolverla personalmente, debe completar el formulario de Agente Designado para habilitar a un agente que la transporte junto con los formularios completos, asegurados con una banda elástica o un clip de papel en el exterior.
